Our two-generation family-owned shop has been providing daily shuttles and bike rental service year-round for the Virginia Creeper Trail since 1998.
Damascus, aka Trail Town, USA, has more than 12 national, regional, and local trails that cross in our parking lot, is excellent for mountain biking, hiking, trout fishing, kayaking, bird watching, relaxing, and rejuvenating the soul.
The Va Creeper Trail, centered around the small town of Damascus, Virginia, is a 34-mile multi-use rail trail located in the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area of Southwest Virginia. The VCT is one of the most popular rails-to-trails trails in the US, famous for its 17-mile downhill ride from Whitetop Station to Damascus — currently closed for Hurricane Helene repairs, with a Forest Service groundbreaking ceremony scheduled for March 31, 2027. In the meantime, bike riders arrive in Damascus to take a shuttle ride from our shop to the quaint historic town of Abingdon. Enjoy the family-friendly, scenic and casual ride, mostly downhill back to Damascus.
