February 16, 2002 – Burkes Garden, Virginia, Birding Tour. Focus: Golden Eagles 

April 20, 2002 – Shady Valley, Tennessee, Birding Tour. Focus: Spring migration of songbirds 

May 10 and 11, 2002 – Mt Rogers Naturalist Rally Weekend Package. Birding and Nature lectures. An all- inclusive package weekend. 

June 7, 2002 – Burkes Garden Bike Tour. Bike the back roads of “God’s Thumbprint” 

June 15, 2002 - Bristol Bird Club, "Birding by Canoe" weekend at Rikemo Lodge and the Clinch River. We'll do an inventory of the birds we encounter along the Clinch River and at Rikemo Lodge.

June 21-24, 2002- Clinch Valley Eco-Tour with The Nature Conservancy. Visit the most biodiverse region of the continental United States! 

July 19, 2002 – New River Trail Bike Tour. A 30-mile downriver bicycle ride along a picturesque Rail-Trail 

August 5-7, 2002 - Conservation Leaders Clinch Valley Eco-Tour for Families with The Nature Conservancy. Kid friendly and fun for the entire family!

August 14, 2002 - Burkes Garden Bike Tour.  It's nice and cool in the Garden!

August 23, 2002 – Clinch River Canoe Trip. Same as above. 

September 20-23, 2002 - Clinch Valley Eco-Tour with The Nature Conservancy.  A repeat of our signature tour made even better by the fall colors!

October 3-6, 2002 - Conservation Leaders Green Sea Kayak Tour with The Nature Conservancy.  A three day kayak tour of the Northwest River, North Landing River and Great Dismal Swamp. Click to see images from that tour.
