Alder Flycatcher

This Alder Flycatcher (Empidonax alnorum) was spotted and heard at the "Beaver Pond" at Whitetop Station by Thomas Horsch and Wallace Coffey on July 1, 2002. He was observed perched on a power line above the marsh just above the pond. He was singing his "fee-bee-o" song and gave us great looks. This was a life bird for both Horsch and Coffey.
